1) Why create a Coffee Subscription?

A Coffee Subscription is the perfect way to support the farmer who grew the coffee for you! When you enjoy our famer-direct, specialty-grade coffee direct to your door each month, the farmer is able to earn predictable, stable pricing and plan for the future.

You can select one specific coffee to receive each month, or select one of our Roaster’s choice options. Depending on your frequency cycle, the coffee automatically ships to you.

2) How do I create a Coffee Subscription?

There are many ways you can create a THRIVE Farmers Coffee Subscription. You can select a Subscription from directly from the coffee product details page. You can also locate our Subscription options under the Subscription found in the left navigation.

To subscribe, simply select the Coffee Subscription option for your desired Coffee, select your preferred shipment frequency, then check out as normal.

Not all of our coffees are part of the Subscription program. You can always add to the shopping cart as a one-time purchase.

3) How do I make changes to my Coffee Subscription?

It’s easy! Once you’ve selected your coffee subscription, you can manage your subscription under the “My Account” section of the store. NOTE: You must log into your account in order to see your information. 

If you have trouble logging in, try the following:
1) Reset password
2) Contact THRIVE Customer Service at connect@thrivefarmers.com, 8 AM – 5 PM EST Monday – Friday.

From the “My Account” section, select “My Subscription” section on the left navigation. From here, you can control next order date, skip a delivery, change your selected frequency, cancel a subscription, and edit Delivery address.

If you want to add an receive a different coffee, just cancel the current subscription and create a new one. Please note that your first shipment is scheduled for the next business day when you purchase your subscription.

4) Can I use a promotional code with my subscription order? 

Most promotional codes will work with your recurring subscription and will take precedence over the standard 10% discount on all subscription items.
