This blend is on the lighter side of a medium roast in order to preserve the flavors that are naturally found in these coffees. The Ugandan coffee brings in the fruity notes often found in African coffees which compliments the sweet caramelly notes found in the Colombian ingredient.
This coffee is best without sugar and milk so you that you can all the unique flavors that these two origins bring to this blend.
