As a member of the Hillside Organic Tea Cooperative in Kinihira, Rwanda, Joseph Ndayisaba produces some of the best black teas in Africa. The Hillside Organic Tea Cooperative is a newly formed group that includes over 1000 small-scale farmers with farms that are an average of only .2 hectares.
Through the partnership with Thrive, farmers like Joseph have the ability to sell their tea and be more connected to their end client like ever before. We are excited to continue this relationship and support Joseph’s family in realizing their dreams and building a brighter future.
