As a third-generation coffee farmer in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, Urisar Ferneldy de Leon is the young leader of his family farm. Passed down to him from his grandfather after his father passed away, he took on the family business with great ambition. He went to university to study Agronomy in order to help his family prosper. Urisar has the spirit of innovation moving to stable direct relationships even though he is still a small farmer. He pays attention to the coffee industry and brings back different varietals in order to harvest the best quality possible.​
